Eikcaj Beauty a beauty company created by Mickey Monroe who was born in the British Virgin Islands grew up admiring her mother Jackie makeup collection and fell in love with her mother’s favorite red lipstick.

“ I remember the day my mother took me to the makeup store in town and bought me a powder foundation and a eyeshadow palette with the little sponge applicator which consisted of 4 colors green orange purple and i believe the other was yellow. In my teenage years my mother surprised me with makeup brushes, lipgloss, eyeshadows and lip pencils which i used as eyebrow pencils. My mother came up with the idea of me becoming a makeup artist she drove me to every clients residence and never once complained, my mother supported me every step of the way, when i thought my makeup application wasn’t good enough my mother would be in the background while i’m applying the makeup on clients saying, ohh that is nice wow that is beautiful on her she looks gorgeous”

Mickey was inspired to create Eikcaj Beauty a play on the word “Jackie”, she designed a makeup line focusing on women of color with a pyramid of skin tones in all ages all gender. Mickey has worked hard to create a line of products that naturally make skin look like skin.
