Due to COVID-19 all sales are final we do not accept returns, exchanges. The safety and health of our customers is very important to us. Please note, EIKCAJ BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse all returns.

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUND?

Eikcaj Beauty will refund you the price of your productsThe refund will be made within 14 days from the day you notify us that you wish to cancel. All refunds will be made to the original card used to make the order. Eikcaj Beauty won't give you a full refund if the products show signs of damage, open or unreasonable use.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement to our customer services team by emailing customerservice@eikcajbeauty.com, including details of:

(a) your name

(b) your geographical address

(c) details of the order you wish to cancel

(d) your phone number and/or

(e) email address

(f) reason for canceling

 

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

Due to the nature and speed involved with the Eikcaj Beauty fulfilment process, once your order has been placed and payment processed, we will be unable to change the details of your order (such as delivery address, product types or quantity).

If the products you ordered have already been collected for delivery from our warehouse, we are unable to cancel your order.

 

CANCELLATION RIGHT

You may cancel your contract if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day you receive the product(s). For more information, please contact us at customerservice@eikcajbeauty.com. Please note that you do not have a right to cancel in respect of cosmetic products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them.
